①新入社員研修10名（日本人5名、中国人1名、インドネシア人4名）
横浜本部で1ヶ月の新入社員研修を行った。本当に多くの社員とルーフマイスターが協力をして、皆で彼らを育ててくれた事に改めて感謝します。
これから、彼らは人を育てられる営業所へ配属されます。
全国から500名の応募があり、選抜された12名が38期生としてStartした。
③インドネシアGMC club in スラバヤ
インドネシア第二の都市であるスラバヤ（人口300万人）のITSにて、GMC clubがスタートした。
学長と面談し、GMCに大変興味をもって頂きこれから学生工作室も開設する。 初回教育後、学生が大変素晴らしいメールを送ってくれた。
Greetings Chairman Sugiyama, My name is Candra Wardani from ITS Surabaya. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for inviting me and for your visit to Surabaya. I am thrilled and grateful for the opportunity to meet with the most influential figure at Minami Fuji, Chairman Sugiyama, who has been a great source of inspiration to me. Chairman Sugiyama has inspired me in many ways. When he asked, "How many experiences do you have?" I immediately pondered, "What kind of experiences?" For me, experiences encompass all processes stemming from failure, shaping the person I am today. Initially, I estimated my experiences to be around 15-20, but then Mr. Evan's response that his experiences could reach up to 30,000 left me in awe and greatly inspired by the remarkable entrepreneurs in Asia. In my view, a great leader is someone who sets numerical targets for their dreams. Pursuing these targets leads to acquiring a multitude of experiences and successes. This serves as a reminder that success is not the destination but rather a journey, represented by commas, not periods. Regardless of one's salary or position, Chairman Sugiyama continually strives for success, which has been a valuable lesson for me. Best wishes to Chairman Sugiyama! Joining the GMC has imbued me with a renewed sense of determination to learn and develop myself while caring for the environment.
I am delighted to be part of the GMC Club, where I have gleaned invaluable lessons, particularly regarding GMC's three essential principles: honesty, flexibility of mind, and fearlessness in action. These principles resonate deeply with me as I aspire to become a great leader and make significant positive contributions to society. I am reminded of my parents' advice to "Elevate the status and dignity of your parents, strive to the best of your ability, for effort will never betray results." Witnessing GMC's success in China, where joining the GMC can immediately lead to job opportunities or starting one's own business, fills me with pride and gratitude for this tremendous opportunity. I believe this is a remarkable demonstration of the "super power of thinking Success." The establishment of GMC in China in 2005 and its recent expansion to Indonesia with the noble aim of grooming youth to become entrepreneurs with shared philosophies not only in Indonesia but also throughout Asia is truly fascinating. I am eager to enthusiastically join this program. This is the greatest opportunity in my life that I will not squander. I am deeply grateful to God for the many opportunities GMC offers me and my peers. Of particular interest is the renowned Japanese company, Minami Fuji, known for its top-notch construction of roofs, which has begun to invest in Indonesia. What is most remarkable is their successful establishment of a robust corporate ecosystem in Indonesia, providing employment opportunities to many Indonesians. Furthermore, I have contemplated a business idea to propose a collaboration between solar power generation and AI. My dream is for every household in Asia, especially in Indonesia, to generate electricity independently, without relying on government-distributed power cables. Given that electrical cables in Indonesia pose significant hazards, leading to loss of life and frequent house fires, I fervently hope this dream will soon be realized. I seek your prayers and support, as I am confident in my ability to achieve this. If Bill Gates can do it, why not me? Lastly, the task of finding an IT partner for the company is an intriguing yet challenging endeavor for me. Despite its difficulty, I am determined to tackle it head-on. Therefore, I eagerly await news from us at the GMC Club. I am also pleasantly surprised to learn about the upcoming dedicated GMC Club space at ITS. May it materialize soon. Wishing you all the best! and thank you very much for the invaluable opportunity afforded to me. I am enthusiastic and hopeful to contribute meaningfully to this program and to forge mutually beneficial partnerships for Minami Fuji. May our efforts yield positive impacts all around.
